We were greeted at the door by a wonderful salesperson, Mary Ann. She was informative, friendly and very professional. She even made checkout a comfortable experience. A week later our mattress was delivered by two very friendly professional delivery men. They were able to set up our bed and remove the old bed in 10 to 15 minutes. Our new bed is wonderful! We had such a good experience here! Went for the 4th of July sale they were having. Prices were pretty great compared to the big chain stores. Maryann was extremely helpful and kind.

No pressure to buy anything when you walk in. It's quiet and comfortable as you try out the beds.

They even gave us a free mattress protector with the purchase when my partner asked about a veteran's discount! They couldn't add the discount onto the sale price but the sale price was better than just having the discount. We thought that was a nice touch!

Drove 30 minutes to Sussex County Mattress after being so turned off by all the big-name stores and the pushy used car lot vibes, and I'm so glad I did. Marianne was incredible—she took the time to actually understand what I needed, and thanks to her, I ended up with a mattress that's way better than what I originally had in mind. The personal care and service here is next level, plus better pricing. Seriously, skip the pushy sales tactics at the big-box places and come here instead.

Sussex Mattress is a great place to shop for a Mattress. The staff there are very knowledgeable and it's not a high pressure environment like these big chain mattress stores. Highly recommend buying pillows there, too as they have some really cool ones.

I went into Sussex County Mattress to look and learn. Maryanne greeted me and guided me through the store. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and clearly amazing at what she does. I would HIGHLY recommend this store- because of Maryanne. Delivery was set up to suit my schedule- the two delivery drivers were so pleasant!!! Have been delaying the inevitable of needing a new mattress. Finally decided to pull the trigger and was glad I came to sussex county mattress. Went in and was immediately greeted and felt no pressure to make a quick decision. Told the salesperson the type of sleeper I was and directed me to the mattresses that I should try out. After an hour or so laying on all different mattresses and thinking I had it figured out and was ready to pull the trigger on one mattress I ended up switching and landed on a drastically different option. The prices are reasonable and I liked the options to customize and be able to order two-sided to extend the life of the mattress.

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress. Mariann is so personable and incredibly knowledgeable. The quality of their products is terrific and prices are quite good. Mariann helped us find an appropriate mattress and adjustable frame for my 86-year old mother who was suffering from severe back problems. My mother said that it was the most comfortable bed she had ever slept on in her entire life. Mariann also helped my daughter buy a new mattress a few years ago and we just got an updated mattress for ourselves. I will always shop here!

i bought a bed from here in may. initially i was going to get one from sleepy, but sussex county mattress gave me a far better deal, plus they gave me free delivery, free mattress cover and free frame for a lot less than sleepys. the bed that was sold to me is also living up to my expectations and i absolutely love it. when i first got this bed i was going to bring it back the first week, but then i somehow got used to it and now it is one of the most comfortable beds i've had. i bought a simmons beauty rest firm plush bed, and i love it.
